यह लेख 21वीं सदी की कक्षा शिक्षा में शिक्षक की भूमिका में आए बदलावों को प्रस्तुत करता है। 21वीं सदी विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी की सदी है। साथ ही यह युग ज्ञान के विस्फोट का भी है। सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी ने मानव जीवन से जुड़े हर क्षेत्र में प्रवेश कर लिया है और यह प्रभावी हो गई है, जिससे ज्ञान की सीमाएँ अब सीमित नहीं रह गई हैं। इसके कारण हर क्षेत्र में विकास बाधित हुआ है। इन सबमें शिक्षा एक महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्र है। इसका कार्य कक्षा शिक्षण को शिक्षक द्वारा प्रभावी बनाया जाता है। अतः कक्षाओं में शिक्षकों द्वारा ज्ञान अर्जन की प्रक्रिया विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी के कारण आधुनिक हो गई है। इस आधुनिक शिक्षा प्रक्रिया को प्रभावी बनाने वाला शिक्षक इस सदी में एक टेक्नोक्रेट और फैसिलिटेटर बन गया है। इसीलिए 21वीं सदी की शिक्षा वर्चुअल क्लासरूम और होम स्कूलिंग के माध्यम से संभव है। तो प्रस्तुत लेख में कक्षा शिक्षा के दौरान शिक्षक द्वारा बनाए रखे जाने वाले सामाजिक मूल्यों, कक्षा शिक्षा के संदर्भ में 21वीं सदी के शिक्षक में आधुनिकता, 21वीं सदी के शिक्षक में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी कौशल, कागज–पेंसिल रहित शिक्षण, ऑनलाइन शिक्षण–परीक्षण–मूल्यांकन में शिक्षक की भूमिका, इंटरनेट के माध्यम से होम स्कूल, ऑनलाइन मार्गदर्शक के रूप में शिक्षक की भूमिका, विशिष्ट विषयों को पढ़ाने में शिक्षक की भूमिका, बहुआयामी बुद्धि के विकास के संदर्भ में शिक्षक, शिक्षक में वैज्ञानिक विचार – वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण – वैज्ञानिक एटिट्यूड6., शिक्षक द्वारा पारंपरिक मूल्यों का संरक्षण एवं आधुनिक मूल्यों को अपनाना, शिक्षक का शिक्षण–अनुसंधान–विस्तार की ओर सुझाव इत्यादि बातों को समाविष्ट किया गया है

Abstract
This article presents the changes in the role of the teacher in classroom education in the 21st century. The 21st century is the century of science and technology. Besides, this is also the era of explosion of knowledge. Information technology has entered and become effective in every field related to human life, due to which the boundaries of knowledge are no longer limited. Due to this, development in every field has been hampered. Education is an important area in all these. Its function is to make classroom teaching effective by the teacher. Therefore, the process of acquiring knowledge by teachers in classrooms has become modern due to science and technology. The teacher who makes this modern education process effective has become a technocrat and facilitator in this century. That is why 21st century education is possible through virtual classrooms and home schooling. So in the presented article, the social values to be maintained by the teacher during classroom education, modernity in the 21st century teacher in the context of classroom education, information technology skills in the 21st century teacher, paper-pencil-less teaching, online teaching-test-evaluation. Role of teacher in, Home school through internet, Role of teacher as online guide, Role of teacher in teaching specific subjects, Teacher in the context of development of multidimensional intelligence, Scientific thought in teacher – Scientific approach – Scientific attitude, Preservation of traditional values and adoption of modern values by the teacher, suggestions towards teacher’s teaching-research-expansion etc. have been included.

21वीं सदी विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी की सदी है। साथ ही यह युग ज्ञान के विस्फोट का भी है। सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी ने मानव जीवन से जुड़े हर क्षेत्र में प्रवेश कर लिया है और यह प्रभावी हो गई है, जिससे ज्ञान की सीमाएँ अब सीमित नहीं रह गई हैं। इसके कारण हर क्षेत्र में विकास बाधित हुआ है। इन सबमें शिक्षा एक महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्र है। इसका कार्य कक्षा शिक्षण को शिक्षक द्वारा प्रभावी बनाया जाता है। अतः कक्षाओं में शिक्षकों द्वारा ज्ञान अर्जन की प्रक्रिया विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी के कारण आधुनिक हो गई है। इस आधुनिक शिक्षा प्रक्रिया को प्रभावी बनाने वाला शिक्षक इस सदी में एक टेक्नोक्रेट और फैसिलिटेटर बन गया है। इसीलिए 21वीं सदी की शिक्षा वर्चुअल क्लासरूम और होम स्कूलिंग के माध्यम से संभव है। तो प्रस्तुत लेख में कक्षा शिक्षा के दौरान शिक्षक द्वारा बनाए रखे जाने वाले सामाजिक मूल्यों, कक्षा शिक्षा के संदर्भ में 21वीं सदी के शिक्षक में आधुनिकता, 21वीं सदी के शिक्षक में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी कौशल, कागज–पेंसिल रहित शिक्षण, ऑनलाइन शिक्षण–परीक्षण–मूल्यांकन में शिक्षक की भूमिका, इंटरनेट के माध्यम से होम स्कूल, ऑनलाइन मार्गदर्शक के रूप में शिक्षक की भूमिका, विशिष्ट विषयों को पढ़ाने में शिक्षक की भूमिका, बहुआयामी बुद्धि के विकास के संदर्भ में शिक्षक, शिक्षक में वैज्ञानिक विचार – वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण – वैज्ञानिक एटिट्यूड , शिक्षक द्वारा पारंपरिक मूल्यों का संरक्षण एवं आधुनिक मूल्यों को अपनाना, शिक्षक का शिक्षण–अनुसंधान–विस्तार की ओर सुझाव इत्यादि बातों को समाविष्ट किया गया है। 21वीं सदी की शिक्षा के लिए कक्षाएँ ज्ञान, समझ, कौशल और उन सभी को व्यवहार में लागू करने में अधिक सक्रिय हो जाती हैं। अब शिक्षा पाठ्यक्रम, पाठ्यचर्या, विद्यालय प्रबंधन, कक्षा–कक्ष, शिक्षण पद्धति–तकनीक, कक्षा–व्यवहार, कक्षा–परिक्रमण आदि में परिवर्तन हुए हैं । इसका सीधा प्रभाव शिक्षकों की भूमिका पर पड़ा है। इसलिए, 21वीं सदी की कक्षाओं की शिक्षा के लिए शिक्षक की भूमिका बदल गई है। इसलिए अब शिक्षक आधुनिक शिक्षा के लक्ष्य पर ध्यान केंद्रित कर पढ़ा रहे हैं। अपनी आधुनिक शिक्षा के लिए विशिष्ट लक्ष्य निर्धारित करके, वह पाठ्यक्रम का चयन करता है, जानकारी एकत्र करता है, ईन्स्ट्युमेन्ट्स एकत्र करता है और 21वीं सदी के कक्षा शिक्षक बनने के अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने के लिए लगातार ध्यान रखता है। शिक्षक कक्षा में बनाए रखे जाने वाले स्वतंत्रता, समानता, बंधुत्व, सामाजिक न्याय और व्यक्तिगत सम्मान के सामाजिक मूल्यों को जानता है, इसलिए वह समान अवसर के लिए आत्म–सम्मान के साथ स्वतंत्र रूप से कक्षा शिक्षण में बदलाव करता है। साथ ही, कक्षा शिक्षण में सच्चाई, सरलता, नियमितता, सटीकता और ईमानदारी के नैतिक मूल्य शिक्षक बना लेता हैं। बदलते समाज और संस्कृति का शिक्षा पर प्रभाव पड़ता है और शिक्षक की भूमिका समाज या संस्कृति में परिवर्तन के वाहक के रूप में होती है। इसलिए शिक्षक की विशेषताओं पर भी विचार किया गया है ।

For 21st century education, classrooms become more active in imparting knowledge, understanding, skills and applying them all in practice. Now there have been changes in education curriculum, curriculum, school management, classroom, teaching method-technique, classroom behavior, classroom rotation etc. This has had a direct impact on the role of teachers. Therefore, the role of the teacher has changed for 21st century classroom education. Therefore, now teachers are teaching focusing on the goal of modern education. By setting specific goals for his modern education, he selects the curriculum, collects information, collects instruments and keeps constant attention to achieve his goal of becoming a 21st century classroom teacher. The teacher knows the social values of liberty, equality, fraternity, social justice and individual respect to be maintained in the classroom, hence he freely makes changes in the classroom teaching with self-respect for equal opportunity. Also, teachers inculcate moral values of truthfulness, simplicity, regularity, accuracy and honesty in classroom teaching. Changing society and culture has an impact on education and the role of the teacher is as a carrier of change in the society or culture. Therefore, the characteristics of the teacher have also been considered.
