सार
डॉ. भीमराव रामजी अंबेडकर का समावेशी वर्ग में शिक्षा, समता और समानता का दर्शन भारत के सामाजिक आर्थिक पुनर्निर्माण के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है। आजादी के बाद के दशकों में हम विभिन्न विधानों और सरकारी संस्थानों के माध्यम से पहुंच और समानता के मुद्दों में व्यस्त रहे हैं इन में अम्बेडकर ने शिक्षा, शैक्षिक संस्थान, जाति, धर्म, स्त्री आदि मामलों पर प्रकाश डाला । अंबेडकर का मानना हैं की समता और समानता यह हर इंसान की जरूरत ही नहीं यह सभी का अधिकार है । जो खुलकर और बेबाकी से बाबा साहब (बी. आर. अम्बेडकर ने समाज को बताया। बी. आर. अम्बेडकर ने समाज के उन सभी वर्गों को समावेशी कहा, जिनका समाज के अन्य वर्गों द्वारा कहीं न कहीं शोषण किया गया है या फिर किसी व्यक्ति के माध्यम से अभी भी शोषण किया जा रहा हो । अम्बेडकर ने भारत में बिना अधिकारों के रहने वाले प्रत्येक भारतीय लोगों के अधिकारों के बारे में बात की क्योंकि आजादी के बाद ऐसे कई लोग हैं जो उस समाज में रहते तो है पर अधिकार के नाम पर उनका शोषण ही हो रहा है । अम्बेडकर ने जन्म–आधारित उत्पीड़न को समाप्त करने के लिए अथक संघर्ष किया, जिसमें कुछ उच्च वर्गों के लाभ और विकास के लिए शिक्षा, रोजगार, आवास और समान अवसर जैसी बुनियादी सुविधाएं प्रतिबंधित हैं । संविधान सभी पहलुओं में समता समानता को दर्शाता है और इसकी संरचना में एक महत्वपूर्ण घटक साबित होता है । संविधान बनाते समय बाबासाहेब ने समान रूप से समावेशी वर्ग को शामिल किया और उन्होंने प्रस्तावित किया कि समावेशी समाज भी मनुष्य हैं इसलिए कोई पक्षपात नहीं होना चाहिए और हमें जाति सूत्र के बिना एक राष्ट्र का विचार प्रदान किया ।
Abstract
Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar’s philosophy of education, equality and equity in an inclusive class is important for the socio-economic reconstruction of India. In the decades after independence, we have been engaged in issues of access and equality through various legislations and government institutions. In these, Ambedkar highlighted issues like education, educational institutions, caste, religion, women etc. Ambedkar believes that equality and equity is not only a need of every human being but it is the right of everyone. Which Baba Saheb (B.R. Ambedkar) told openly and frankly to the society. B. R. Ambedkar called inclusive all those sections of the society which have been exploited somewhere by other sections of the society or are still being exploited through some person. Ambedkar talked about the rights of every Indian people living without rights in India because after independence, there are many people who live in that society but are being exploited in the name of rights. Ambedkar fought tirelessly to end birth-based oppression, in which basic amenities like education, employment, housing and equal opportunities are restricted for the benefit and development of a few upper classes. The Constitution reflects equality and equality in all aspects and proves to be an important component in its structure. While making the Constitution Babasaheb included the inclusive class equally and he proposed that inclusive society are also human beings hence there should be no discrimination and gave us the idea of a nation without caste formula.

डॉ. भीमराव रामजी आंबेडकर के समावेशी वर्गों में शिक्षा समता और समानता पर दृष्टिकोण ने समाज पर गहरा प्रभाव डाला है। उनकी दृष्टि में दबी हुई पीड़ित वर्गों को शक्तिशाली बनाना, शिक्षा के अंतर को पूरा करना और समावेशी शिक्षा वातावरण का पोषण करना है। जाति या सामाजिक स्थिति के बिना शिक्षा के लिए समान अवसरों को जोर देने के कारण, उन्होंने आपातकालीन कार्रवाइयों, छात्रवृत्तियों और सक्रिय कार्यक्रमों का समर्थन किया है। इससे अनगिनत व्यक्तियों के लिए दरवाजे खुले हुए हैं, जिन्हें गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा और सामाजिक-आर्थिक उन्नयन के अवसर मिले। उनके शिक्षा संबंधी सिद्धांत शिक्षाविदों, नीतिनिर्माताओं और सक्रियवादियों को प्रेरित करते हैं ताकि वे बाधाओं को नष्ट करके एक और न्यायसंगत शिक्षा प्रणाली का निर्माण कर सकें। इस परिणामस्वरूप, समावेशी वर्गों को शिक्षा संस्थानों में अधिक प्रतिनिधित्व मिला है, जिससे उनकी व्यक्तिगत विकास और समाजिक विकास में योगदान हुआ है। डॉ. भीमराव रामजी आंबेडकर की कार्यकारी दृष्टि एक ऐसे भविष्य की नींव रखती है जहां शिक्षा सामाजिक न्याय और सभी के लिए समान अवसरों का एक प्रेरणास्रोत होती है।
