The International Council for Education Research and Training (ICERT) is committed to advancing education, equity, and wellbeing through both research and action. Rooted in the Sanskrit word “Sambhāṣa,” meaning dialogue or meaningful communication, Communications & External Affairs Division (ICERT–Sambhāṣa) embodies ICERT’s commitment to transparent, inclusive, and impactful engagement with the public, partners, and stakeholders. The division is entrusted with managing ICERT’s voice and visibility—crafting narratives that reflect the organization’s mission, values, and initiatives. It oversees all external communications, including media relations, publications, digital outreach, and brand messaging, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility. News & Advocacy section serves as the central hub for updates, campaigns, and public positions that align with ICERT’s mission of knowledge, wisdom, and prosperity for all.
