The United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a comprehensive framework of 17 interconnected goals that serve as a blueprint for achieving a more sustainable future for all (United Nations, 2015). These goals, unanimously adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, address the multifaceted challenges we face globally, including those related to poverty, inequality, climate change, environmental degradation, peace, and justice.
